It represents the intersection of the movement of A.J. O’Connor’s renowned coaching business and Kaveh Naficy’s years of experience and reflection from one place to another. Together, we will equip you with the academic requirements mandated by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to apply for your credentials to become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

AJO Coaching Evolution

A.J. O’Connor Associates is a third-generation family-owned specialty HR Consulting firm that was founded in 1983. Originally rooted in Career Transition services, we expanded our business to include Executive Coaching in 1999 and have become renowned as experts in this area.

For decades, we’ve been working with leaders to find their inner selves and align to the right careers. We’ve enabled leaders to build confidence, increase self-awareness, improve critical thinking skills, and drive a sustainable change in behaviors that allows for transformational change. Our Program Approach

RESERO embraces multidisciplinary approaches and practices to ensure that an authentic, safe, and transformational presence is recognized by all students. Taught using the Socratic method, participants learn by communicating, questioning, and doing. The program is anchored by the International Coach Federation (ICF) Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.

RESERO is a Level 2 ICF-Accredited Coaching Education program, which is the gold standard in the Coaching industry.

ICF Certification Requirements

132 hours of training in ICF’s NEW Core Competencies and Code of Ethics

Six executive coaching sessions observed and evaluated by an experienced coach

A comprehensive exam to demonstrate mastery of coaching competencies

Requirements and Prerequisites

Our students come from different professional backgrounds and represent a variety of industries. Whether Corporate Executives, HR Professionals, entrepreneurs, or existing coaches seeking to further develop their skills or businesses, this program is for students who are intellectually curious and open to unlocking new ways of thinking. They are able to adapt to the unrelenting pace of change in the 21st century, and as leaders, they are driven by their values. Our students have a clear vision about what they want to achieve, both personally and professionally.

Frequent Questions

WHAT IS THE COST FOR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM?

The cost for participation in the Fall 2024 Cohort of Resero is $8,950. Register by August 1, 2024 for an early bird rate of $7,950.

Certain organizations will provide financial assistance for continuous education. Prospective students should consider inquiring about tuition reimbursement programs offered through their current employers or researching federal and state grants that may be available to them as part of their unemployment benefits.

What are the policies on payment of tuition and fees?

Students accepted to the Spring 2024 program will be invoiced at the time of their acceptance. Payment terms and conditions will be specified on the invoice. Please contact info@ajoresero.com with any questions or for additional information.

What is the RESERO policy on withdrawals and refunds?

How is the program delivered?

The program is delivered with a combination of face-to-face classroom experiences and virtual web calls. There are also asynchronous activities including outside reading, writing, research, journaling, practice coaching, etc.
